It looks like the prior owner must have had the upholstery of the bridge seats re-done sometime in the past several years.
Since taking these pictures, I've scrubbed the bridge seats with multiple cleaning solutions. They are "better" and may be okay for now...
We will get estimates to have them rebuilt and re-upholstered.

Pre Refit Pictures
Removed the old mildew stained bolsters. The plywood backing was also rotten. Estimating costs to have the holes filled and new gelcoat costs compared to replacing with new bolsters...
Removed the teak railings. Estimating costs to have the holes filled and new gelcoat costs compared to replacing with new railings - either sand & varnish or replace with PlasTeak...
Pulled out the old blue carpet. Replace with new lighter carpet or a "Teak & Holley" carpet for $1,000?
Pulling out the old hot water tank, installing new Isotherm unit, new water pump and tank, cleaning up the area, repainting prior to re-installing.
Pulling out the old HEAVY house battery and both the head tank and water tank, installing new head system, new water tank(s), cleaning up the area, repainting prior to re-installing everything.

New Head!
We are replacing the ENTIRE head system with new. We received the new 8112 and CSR removed the old tank. I pulled out the old head unit. WHAT A MESS! And smelly... Still need to wax/polish the fiberglass area in the head prior to installing the new head.

Start the Refit Project with a CLEAN slate.
The best place to start on a big refit project is to start with a "clean" slate. I had BCD Cleaning Services meet me at the QCYC docks to conduct a thorough deep cleaning.
